Floyd vs Pac is only one fight.....Pac may only fight 3 or 4 more times then retire.....then what? This is bigger than both Pac and Floyd, which is why I question those throwing out accusations motives.

Also one thing I will say about the commission is this; When in the history of the sport has something been proven beneficial to the health of boxers not been implemented? People can bash them all day long, but when it has came down to the safety of the fighters, These commissions have always stood up and did the right thing. If anyone can name a time when they haven't please let me know (because I admit I don't know everything)
If they try to get this mandated they are looking at a long drawn out process. The best thing is to put in the contracts I dont understand why people are so against Pac taking a test that Floyd asked for. I just want the fight signed. Pac will prove this fall that its a contract thing. He wouldve took the tests. Arum wanted that fight in Texas and that 25 Mill from Jones. Thats why Pac-Floyd isnt this weekend.

If boxers boycott Vegas they have to fight somewhere else. So then they have to get that States commission to implement it then it will never end. If Mayweather-Pacquiao can only happen if the OST's are involved then Pac should just do it for the good of the sport and give the fans the fight they want. I think he will this Fall. Pac is going to prove that it's not a commission thing its a contract issue.

I don't see the commission doing anything. At least not this year or the next this will take a long time.

it must not be too expensive if a promotional company (Abraham's and Kessler's) can make it mandatory for all their fighters and opponents.

Also I feel that all of sports are just waiting for these Drug testing companies to have test that are effecient in catching people and can stand up to the legal issues to go along with them. Not only have pro sports like the NFL, NBA, and others mentioned this...but the Drug testing companies themselves have acknowledge the need to make these test better if they ever hope to get them implemented in all of sports.

Bottom line.....Testing companies improve their testing procedures (which I know they will) then It will be implemented in all of sports, including boxing (which I know will happen soon).

which would you rather have, a Floyd mandated test in which team pac or any fighter could just tell Floyd to **** off, while going off to fight someone else

            Or

A commission based standard in which if you don't comply, you get your licensed revoked/suspended.

Im just curious as to which one you guys would rather have.
The latter, but the latter wont happen unless someone chooses to speak up about the sport needing more stringent testing. Floyds proposals are a step in the right direction.

ok, but then any fight involving GBP and Mayweather should implement random testing of blood to get things started.

AA has to take it because of all the PED issues with German cycling. Its only for him in Germany and when his contract runs out hes off the hook. Its not for every German fighter just him.

One day it could be mandated you're right but I think it wont be in our lifetime.

GBP never said that. They said "Floyds" fights just like AA its not every fighter in Germany just him.

All of Mayweathers have OST's in the contract. Shane agreed and the fight was signed with no issues.
