Swimming, in my opinion, is much better than roadwork. Might as well do both but swimming works out every single muscle you have

Swimming is good, but not so good for losing weight.

I'm an amateur boxer, and I run about 4-5 times a week, usually one or two long distance runs to keep my weight down and maintain cardio, a couple shorter, more intense runs, and one or two sprint/interval sessions

pacquiao does everything for the cotto fight. run, swim (because of the typhoon), sprint.

but now i think he only does the roadwork and sprint in the mornings.

Im pretty sure on one of the HBO specials, they showed Arreola doing roadwork... so he should probably not be on your list.

Arreola does roadwork. Even if he does though, he may not be doing enough, obviously.
