I still don't know what you guys mean by "skilled". Again that is so subjective and can mean many things.

Skill = Technical Ability. Boxing 101. Brains

Natural ability(natural skill)= Speed, reflexes, power, agility.

but a guys like a prime roy jones completely kills that defintion. Roy in his prime was one of the most skilled boxers but while he was very smart, he made so many fundemental mistakes and was so unorthodoxed in how he went about doing things in the ring.

Like I said, you can really sum it up because it's so subjective. There is a certain level of skills and strategy behind every style (all which take alot of skills by the boxers who use them).

Donaire is ducking Hozumi. Donaire basically cleared his division and rather elect to fight Vic again rather than move up and face the king of bantams. He's gonna move up when Hozumi goes to Super Bantam or Feather.

Not in my opinion. I don't believe RJJ in his prime was very skilled at all. He had a ton of natural ability. He hardly ever used any fundamentals, hardly ever used any technical ability. Every boxing coach will tell you not to throw your hooks loopy, yet RJJ did it. Every boxing coach will tell you not to keep your hands down when fighting, RJJ did it. Ton of natural ability but no skill. This was evident as he aged, when his natural ability declined, what did he have to fall back on? Nothing, thats why he loses so often now.

I guess it could be subjective though. Because its my opinion on RJJ and I know alot of people wouldn't agree with me. But when you think about it "the best" anything, is subjective. It's all opinion.
