But it takes skills to win all the matches he won.. Just being explosive and atheltics not going to cut it with the competition he beat.

Ofcourse it takes skill. Read the opening post this is not about resume. JUST SKILLS.

Hes just not as skilled as some of the fighters mentioned.

Pac is good hes not a Top 5 fighter for skills.

I will give you FLoyd and maybe Hasegawa but no way is john, rigondeaux, linares, marquez and calderon more skilled than Pacquiao. I mean you are only thinking of it as pure boxers and technical but even though pac is very unorthodox and doesn't do alot of things by the book he is by far more skilled than any of those guys you listed (he isn't more skilled than Floyd IMO)

I mean skills involves so much and you are trying to put it in a box (something you can't because it's so subjective). A good example is Athur Abraham is more skilled than Dirrell, and you will see so come fight night when he completely dominates and KO's andre. Again if you wanna go by being technical and doing things by the textbook, they you automatically eliminate guys like Ali and Roy Jones...to of the most skilled guys.

Btw to the person that said a prime Roy wasn't skilled.....you don't completely outclass a prime James Toney, and Bernard Hopkins if you aren't skilled. Also burner if you want me to break down why Pac is more skilled than those guys I can.

Right now....Pacquiao is by far more skilled that Marquez and that's me being unbiased. When they fought in 08....Marquez was the more skilled guy but now its pac...which is also why I don't wanna see a third fight because Pac gets him outta there before 5-6 rounds.
