Oscar didn't stop jabbing for no reason. Obviously Floyd adapted and got Oscar frustrated which caused him to stop throwing his "Jab" that wasn't even that big of a factor, all I saw was flurries on Floyds arms. Oscar put up a battle though. Shane is definetly going to get frustrated and over use the overhand right, possibly getting caught with a check hook.

If I was Naz..I will instruct Shane to be aggressive..

...and push him Jr. the first 2 rounds and make Jr feel his power then toy with him after 2 rounds and actually try to get in his head the way he do it outside the ring. Play with Jr a little bit untill he actually starts to come forward.
The only way to beat Jr is to make hime come out of his nutshell. once he becomes offensive. he will open up.shane could then set up his left hook. and after the grueling 2 rounds..the next 8 should be a PUNCH for PUNCH if the play bait fails.
Shane doesn't need to outwork Jr to win, he just need to land the power shots and lastly, just do what he's doing but try to still the rd before it ends.

are you serious. Shane has a chin, but he closes his eyes, sticks his chin out, has bad defence, and cotto didnt only outbox him, he beat him up on the inside. Shane is too focused on chasing and throwing that he will get caught hard, don't sleep on Floyd at all.

the game plan is easy.

if floyd potshots and runs: jab floyd to the ropes. then unload punches up and down. rinse and repeat.

if floyd decides to fight on the inside: use your superior strength to bully floyd around.

if mosley can get floyd to be aggressive, that will be a great gameplan because floyd will open himself up to get hit. But I dunno if floyd will do that against a bigger and stronger opponent. I mean, floyd didn't even get aggressive against a blown up lightweight

Only thing I have to say is Team Shane aint the only ones watching tape. If I were Mosley I wouldn't buy all this stuff about the jab because I have a feeling Floyd will come with the unexpected. No way Floyd is gonna walk into a trap. Shane would have to change who he is to be a real threat to PBF and all Floyd has to do is make him convert back to his natural fighting style and it will be a relatively easy night. Shane will try to stick to his game plan all Floyd has to do is be a little aggressive and Shane will bite.

its no secret that a jab disrupts mosley's rhythym, but floyd might be able to win without one.

There is no "key" to beating FLoyd..He somehow everytime manages to take what a fighter does best and use it against them..He took Hattons pressure and walked him into a kill shot..He took judahs speed away by putting up a high guard and walking him down...Took away Baldomirs power by making him trade and miss...Took away Marquez counter punches with his jab. Made Oscar tired with his wild missing shots..I dont think Shane will be any diff

im sick of people saying what beats who, and who has trouble with what. A jab is not the key to beating floyd, its the key to beating any boxer. floyds closest fight was with a guy that doesnt have a good jab.

they say shane has trouble with speed and movement. WHO DOESN'T . every fighter has trouble with speed and movement. Shane hasn't lost to a fast fighter that moves, he lost to big guys that used the jab. Cotto wasn't tall but he is a big guy.

enough of the analysis, fight night will prove who is better.
