    147 isn't hatton's best weight

Pac demolished Hatton in far more impressive fashion. It was the same old Hatton in this fight as in the Pac fight - only difference is:

      Pac's power >>>> Mayweather's power.

When Hatton fights at lww he rehydrates up to 154, when he fought Floyd he rehydrated back up to 154. Floyd rehydrated up to 154 as well, so come fight night they were the same size so it didnt matter if the fight was at lww or ww. Hatton clinches as a form of strategy, which is an illegal tactic and Cortez had every right to stop him from doing it. Im not a fan of Cortez by the way I think he completely disgraced himself in the Hopkins Calzaghe fight. I cannot see how the fight really would of gone any different to the way it did.

It was still a good win. It was the biggest fight in the sport.

For the record I dont give Floyd much credit for this win, because Hatton simply cant box.

good win. If Hatton was at his best weight and had a better ref on fight night. The fight would have been better. Cortez butted in to many times IMO. good win over all

come on Hatton won against Tszyu and demolished Castillo, a lot of people were saying that Hatton would win against Floyd, he was really seen as a monster at that time. That was the biggest fight in the year, two young undeafeated fighter in their prime, coming from different horizons. People give to much hate to Pacquiao and Floyd on here

i give floyd full credit. but you're just hatin if you say pac's KO mean little because floyd did it too.
Pac rebuilt himself after Torrecampo and won titles in 7 divisions.

After Floyd KO'd Hatton, Hatton looked bad vs. a washed up Lazcano and beat the feather fisted Paulie Malignaggi. Then he got wasted in 2 rounds by Pac. It can definitely be argued that Hatton got old overnight. Combine that with his constant weight loss to make weight and it isn't surprising to see a 30 yr. old lose it after a bad KO loss.
