I would bet there is a stipulation in their contract that says Clottey cannot weigh more than 155 pounds at fight time. I can't think of any other reason why they would set a limit like that. He would be just as strong at 160 or 162, so it must be a contract issue.

well Gatti got sued by gamache cuz he came in at 160 rather than 150 at the night of the fight.so yeah i think most of the fights have this kind of stipulation they cannot go over a certain limit.
