read the article dipsht. that is team CLOTTEY's plan. it is their strategy to come in at 155 so clottey can move.

well Gatti got sued by gamache cuz he came in at 160 rather than 150 at the night of the fight.so yeah i think most of the fights have this kind of stipulation they cannot go over a certain limit.

He didn't get sued because of his fight night weight. Gamache sued Gatti and the NYSAC because he and his team claimed that Gatti didn't even make the contracted weight. The commissioner, I think Ron Stevens, just announced the weight and Gatti got off of it right away and started drinking water, while Gamache's team were yelling that the thing on the scale wasn't in the middle.

They also claimed the same thing happened for the main event when DLH made weight.
