A.A almost deserved the win just for making it to the end of the fight with his jaw

Abraham was a warrior and had a huge heart during that fight, but that does not justify him getting the win.

The fight should have been stopped right then and there.
With that said, he didn't technically lose and he beat Miranda in the rematch badly, so it erases any doubts of who was/is the better fighter.

I will always believe Miranda got screwed that night in Germany though, but that's part of the risk fighting in another guys backyard.
^^^That's what i was thinking at the time as well. It even went so far as Abrahams corner was taken to a civil court for forcing him to continue.

Still it's a win for Abraham as it was.

All controversies was settled in the rematch anyway.

It is funny because before the rematch there was a lot of people on here defending Abraham's win in Germany. People said the rematch would settle the argument and it wouldnt matter anymore.

As time has passed, people still cant forget about what happened in Germany. The rematch didnt make anyone forget.

If Miranda would have won the 2nd fight, I think people would have then been happy and thought justice had been served. But Miranda looked like crap and it was far from the war people had yearned to see.

Maybe if Miranda can get by Bute, he will get a 'rubber' match with Abraham. But that is a big maybe and getting way ahead of myself.

I think most people, myself included, expected the second fight to be much more competitive than it turned out. I guess most didn't acknowledge that Arthur was fighting very substandard with the broken jaw.

I think the lopsidedness of the second fight can be attributed more to AA being better without the injury than to Miranda flopping.

All people on here that had JT winning are just fanboys who can't get over AA retiring Taylor for good...

...this was a draw at best for JT going into the last round...and why people would pick on an unjustified point deduction for JT is beyond me. Taylor landed a lotta low between rounds 4-6 and the one he got the deduction was clearly on AA's cup (mabe the reason why Arthur's trunks torn apart).

Btw, I had it 6-5 rounds ala 105-103 for AA before round 12...
