    and when do u think its time for a young fighter to turn over to the pro ranks - age and experience wise?
    I remember Pernell Whitaker saying Johnny Bumphus was the best...another guy said Bernard Taylor...Paul Gonzalez...none of them dominated a weight class like Mark did, though...I have heard lots of different tally's for guys, usually 154-2, crazy stuff like that...hard to really say what is accurate...Breland's was not hard to figure, though, because with only one loss being claimed, I am sure that if someone else beat him they would stand up and mention it...you get another guy saying he was 163-4 as an amateur, well, there might be 11 guys out there thinking there were one of the four LOL...me, personally, I would like to see a guy have AT LEAST 50 amateur fights and some national experience underneath his belt before going pro...at least 20 years old, too...
