Who was the only person to KO Sergio Martinez?

Antonio Margarito. A guy who is a high volume, come forward, 1-2 style puncher. Kelly Pavlik is Tony Margarito but bigger, with more power and better defense(his defense is underrated).

Just sayin, if a tough ,come forward, high volume, power punching right hander is who Sergio has trouble with.... Kelly Pavlik may have a better chance than many of you think.

That was a while ago and Martinez is much more mobile now and tends to tie up on the inside. Kelly has a good shot at winning it if he catches Martinez flush. I just hope Martinez keeps his stamina up.

I guess 17 pro fights and 3 years is not enough time to get some kind of read on a fighter. Truth be told I haven't seen the fight(have you?), but fighters styles are usually somewhat the same at 17 fights and 40 fights. I still think that the fact that Margarito is the only guy to KO him is worth something when looking at this upcoming fight. I never said this makes Pavlik a lock to win. I have stated from the day the fight was signed that I wouldn't be surprised if Kelly loses, and I'm probably one of his biggest fans on this site.

you and me both...i love Kelly Pavlik, one of my favourite fighters but after Martinez ripped bunema he became one of my favs too.....i think what will be interesting is who can control the outside game....Pavlik has that long jab but Martinez has that speed and we all saw how Hopkins made PAvlik look really slow even though that was at light heavy

I think allot of ppl are gonna be surprised how easily Pavlik handles Martinez. And I like Sergio allot and think he was robbed against Williams. But, mark my words...Pavlik is gonna KO/TKO him!!!

i have seen the fight with Sergio Martinez vs Margarito .Sergio is a whole diffrent fighter then when he fought Margarito .i got Martinez wining on points

Pavlik has never been KO'd, and he's two classes above Margarito. I'm not sure how you could make that assumption when you factor in that Tony has never been hit by a middleweight as far as I know.
