And, 1994 was a hell of a year for him after winning his title from Maurice Blocker(which I was in attendance in San Diego, first time seeing him felt in love with the sport ever since) in 1993. But, 1994 beat Campas, Carr, Camacho... That was a hell of a year for a young champ...

              Hell yeah, and two of those were very underrated. 56-0, prime Campas, who he decapitated. And a very, very good, undefeated, underrated Carr.

                Campas was like what 56-0 with 50Ko's? And yea Tito decapitated him. I honestly think if Oba Carr was fighting now he would of won a championship...

                  Of course. I'd pick him to beat Cotto and Clottey, for instance. How crazy is that? If not for the point deductions, I thought he was at least fighting on even terms with Oscar before getting stopped. That was an interesting fight, BTW.

                      yea motor city was giving Oscar some problems... I have to agree with him over Clottey and Cotto. One of the most underrated in the 90's... How good was the welterweight division in the 90's? That a fighter like Carr could not win a title..
