I dont know how PBF is number one welterweight, on the basis of beating a lightweight and a 38 year old SSM since coming back?

So when SSM was at his peak. Anyone who beat SSM was automatically number one welterweight? Is that how it works?

When he "retired" he was the lineal, ring and undisputed ww champion. When he beat Mosley, Mosley was the consesnsus #1 ww in the world prior to gatting his a$$ beat for 10-11 rounds. It's hard to argue that floyd earned his spot.

Just put Pac as the no1, and make PBF fight him to regain no1 WW if he wants it bad enough. If he is considered, even on paper the no1 WW, it will make a fight even harder to make.

He's been there that long and he's still avoiding fights he should be in.

Its hard to put pac as the #1 ww. He has beaten cotto and clottey. FLoyd has beaten brussels, corley, baldo, zab, hatton, shane. I think its clear floyd isn't fighting now no matter what.

                  Floyd is FOTD IMO.

The combination of Pac hype and to Spite Floyd was the reason he won it IMO

This is what i mean. He beat Hatton, baldo and zab before he retired. That was ages ago. Unless you think Pac couldnt beat Hatton at 147, baldo and zab. I dont see how PBF can be no1 welterweight on the basis of beating SSM.

for myself, mosley was the #1 WW, so when pbf beat him he became the #1 WW. but pac is still the p4p king.
