MANNY PACQUIAO: It has never been in boxing before that a fighter changed the rules. It is the fighter’s job to fight in the ring and is the promoter’s job and the commission’s job to make the rules for the fight.

Cotto, for the welterweight title, you have to weigh in at 145lbs.

Floyd is Freddie Kruger and Manny is the guy tucking himself in bed with a teddy bear.

Wow, PBF is in trouble. Pac is teaching Roach his master how to beat PBF now. The good over evil. Pac must beat PBF.

But Arum has seen a lot of fighters and Pac is the best hes seen. Thats a few more notches up the ATG list for Pac again.
The voices of boxing are very persuasive. Dont say Arum said that about PBF years again, to me. He dont think it now after seeing how pac beat PBFs opponents and has downgraded PBF now.

Well Pac didnt change the rules. Catch weights are part and parcel of boxing. No one has requested olympic testing to the level PBF has requested.
Also Pac might have fought at 147 if there was no other choice. But Cotto had no problem with it. He thought he would beat Pac and that was the end of it.

                  Exactly.
Actually Pacquiao changed the rules when he insisted Cotto come into a Welterweight fight weighing a maximum of 145lb. Lots of fight contracts have made stipulations that aren't in the normal rules. That's just a dumb statement.

The WBO's rules are that a fighter can weigh anything up to 147 for a Welterweight title fight. Pac did change the rules. The fact that catchweights have happened before only makes Arum's comment even more ridiculous, because all it means is that a lot of fighters have made contract stipulations that were changes to the rules.

hugh grant you are a true Pacroid. You are in love with the boxer himself as apposed to the sport. Just like Cotto didn't have a problem with it; Mosley doesn't have a problem with taking the tests for Floyd.
Manny and his entire team are afraid of Money May and everyone knows it.
