Bob Arum is an idiot. Why should anyone believe that Pacquiao is the best fighter he's ever seen? Pacquiao fights for Arum so why wouldn't Arum say that? Why would Arum say oh Pacquiao is just an average fighter that only has a straight left hand and he's pretty fast? I guess he thinks the general public is ****** and believes everything he says. People don't understand how he was talking about Mayweather while he was promoting him and now all the sudden Mayweather is a bum. lol this guy is ridiculous. And why did Manny say I don't want to talk about blood test. I want to focus on Clottey but yet half the interview was about Maywather? These guys are full of it. They can't keep Mayweather out of their mouths. Manny is the one that's not ready for Floyd that's why he's sparring with Stevie Forbes lol.

He treats the boxing fans and public with contempt.........this is a guy who also said Floyd was better than Ali, SRR and SRL when he was promoting him.........can't wait till Arum fades away from the sport....

Arum, Roach and company again are proving themselves idiots. Who says boxers have not mandated rules not by the commission? Dempsey-Tunney II used the neutral corner rule by request of Dempsey even though it was not in common usage at that time.

I have NOTHING against a request by a fighter in a fight that is applied to both fighters the same. It is the boxers safety in the ring.

I can't help but believe something else is going on here. This is only a huge deal because Pac and company have made it a big deal. Why?

Also the interviewer for this article was just plain bad. Great opportunity and poorly phrased questions with incorrect factual statements made this a missed opportunity.

so what's the deal with demanding a 10 mil/ penalty for a fighter coming into a fight overweight, especially when the fighter has no history of coming in overweight at WW?

bob arum wants th play the NSAC commission card, but i believe the commission has rules in place that deal with a fighter coming in overweight, for not just a title fight, but for ANY fight.
