He had everything, but left his trainer and promtoer, got real ****y and arrogant and stopped taking the sport seriously.

He could have beaten the top 3 Mexicans and IMO even Pac at 126. He was so ****** in the end, and paid for it. He didn't lose too badly against Barrera as most claim. Yes he lost, but he stayed in there.

If Naz had that sparkle 4 years before and trained hard with Brendan Ingle, who had him since he was 9 or whatever, then I seriously think he wouldn't just be known as a P4P puncher, but the best FW in the world.

For now, he may get in the HOF, but he had the physical ability to be a beast against the best. I wish he was poor so he actually had to fight for money.
Agreed. that was such a shame he didnt realize it.

jermaine taylor, kelly pavlik slacked a bit, joan guzman but could still make it happen march 27th and thats all that comes to mind now. i mentioned kelly cuz after his first lost he hasnt done jack ****. Oh and forgot to mention vicente escobedo.. he was a prospect even in fight night round 3 and he was on a run knocking guys out on telemundo and then he faced katsidis in the mayweathe marquez undercard which i missed and i heard he lost so i guess he just met his match..he was a brawler who ran into a better brawler

spadfora and six heads are good ones. i can understand six heads, he didn't have a chin, but spadafora, that was a real waste. he really screwed himself.

yeah, don't care what anyone says, barerra took his fighting heart and soul. hamed really missed out on becoming a great, because it's what one does after a loss is what makes them great, the undefeated thing is crap if you ask me, because they haven't seen or dealt with it all in boxing if they never have been defeated. hamed could have done great things after losing but never did, he had only one fight after his loss and got booed by his fans.

it's the great things a fighter does after losing that makes him great, not being undefeated.

biggest flops that come to mind in RECENT MEMORY...

I'd have to Rocky Juarez, Zab Judah, Bronco Mckart, Panchito Bojado, David Reid, David Tua,vicente escobedo and even though the next guys are relatively young like Bojado i dont think they'll ever mentally recover from devasting losses,Jorge Linares, Ricky hatton, ponce de leon, Victor Ortiz, and i hate to say my main man Juan Diaz. As a fan of a lot of these fighters, it pains my heart to feel this way about them. Jorge linares out of everyone on the list and possibly Victor Ortiz and i have very little hope for juan diaz to be able to salvage their careers, with the help of the right trainers and handlers, plus they have the help of father time on their hands, but the rest like juarez and judah unfortunately dont have the luxury of being young, whatever they were gonna do with careers' would've been done by now. I feel like im leaving out others,my mind slips me.

Andy Lee but maybe its too early to bail on him yet but he's done nothing to for the past 2 years and he nearly got ko'd in the last round of his last fight(cant remember guys name) after dominating the whole fight.
