Not impressed with this guy so far. Gotta see how he does against better fighters.

      Jones: height..5-11, reach..72

      Floyd: height..5-8, reach..72

Jones would give this guy nightmares with just a bit more experience.

Question: How do you think Williams does against Mayweather?
god dude you really are serious aren't you?

****ing Nitro touched him and he has been past it and past his best weight for a minute

if Nitro can touch him what do you think Floyd would do?

      wow

Not really, I am saying he has the skills but not the experience. after 5 or so fights, yeah he would spank Floyd. Floyd had slipped and is getting up there, he would not even fight this dud given the height and age difference to begin with.

Ya'll are all caught up in this Floyd is the greatest of all time stuff. Man.....I would love to see how Floyd would fare against the old school guys in the 50's, 60's, and 70's. The opinions on this site would not be the same, I'll say that.

Jones is still a green prospect, he has alot of tools to work with.

I mean just look at Berto, that guy has a belt and I am not really convinced at this point that Berto would get past Jones if they fought today.

I'mnot saying dude would beat Floyd now.....I'm saying he is a work in progress and he has the skills that applied with the proper experience could beat Floyd. What kind of amateur experience does Jones have anyways? He looks raw and he only has 20 fights, imagine him fightin Brusles at 30 plus pro fights under his belt. Call me crazy or whatever, with the height, and his speed, he could be great but he is unrefined right now.

I like the way you are arguing your point, it seems more like you are on the Mayweather payroll man. Comon no one is unbeatable, even Floyd. I hate the guys attitude but I can't deny that he has the skills. He is up there now and this guy is young and inexperienced. Change the experience edge and Floyd is in trouble......you think he fights now like he did 10 years ago????? Please, Floyd throws 40 punches per round.

                      nah

Jones has physical tools that could lend himself to be good but lets not get it twisted. He has flaws that a past it Bruseles showed. He get countered with overhand rights, can countered out of position, footwork is so so at best and does not utilize his size well.

if a small ex 140lb fighter could show me that then guys at the upper echelon would clearly expose that

I like Jones but let's not start annoiting him the next anything until he actually has a tough test in front of him. Nitro was a good step but lets face it he was a career 140lb fighter

and he still touched him plenty. What happens when a legit 147lb fighter with some pop gets to him?
