he didn't have to stay at 135 Jro. if pacquaio wanted to make a bold statement, he would have fought raheem. not Morales after a shalacking. Him fighting JMM would have happened anyway because JMM wanted him more than Pacquaio wanted JMM!!!

also the Judah fight and Morales fight is not the same, Judah was still a champion unfortunately and that deal was just about done (signatures needed) and the people wanted it!!!

But I agree floyd should have fought Cotto after the hatton fight!
Hatton is now, but I personally didn;t think he was before Floyd, atleast in the US.

I would have thought that the Mexicans would have bought the Mayweather fight.

      Who knows though.

OK if that's the case, then I can't argue.

Yes Kosta was a big win, but I didn;t think peopel would enjoy that fight because there was a lot fo hugging.

I would have thought the mexicans would have bought the PPV

From my recollection, margarito decided to cont. to fight Gomez instead of taking a fight with Floyd after Judah loss. but that is here nor there, tell me who Maragrito beat to get his belt....and whatn't it a title eliminator. Now name his defenses: Six heads, Lujan, Cintron. Yeah, he really was a somebody!

I don't undersand why at that time people say JMM wanted Pac more than Pac wanted him. Pac offered him a rematch right after and JMM turned it down and fought for way less money and went all the way to Indonesia to fight a guy who was a nobody at the time... So how did JMM wanted Pac more then what Pac wanted him at the time? And, again you not even looking at the time frame. He was barely at 130 for a whole year at the time... He was at 122 4yrs prior... To ask him to move up to 135 was probably asking too much for a jump...

And, again Morales and the Judah situation was the damn same situation there is no way you can spin it... Both fights were not signed but were agreed upon... And, just like how people wanted to see Floyd-Judah, people also still wanted to see Pac-Morales... There is nothing different about that situation the only thing different is that Zab had really a paper title but that can cancel out cuz Morales had a victory over Pac... So is the same scenario...

Were they not ring Magazine top 10 fighters at the time? Was Antonio Diaz not ring Magazine top 10 fighter at the time? So now rankings don't count? OK.........

Pac will come up with any excuse not to fight Mosley or Mayweather.

It was not a done deal... After the fact they re-wrote the whole contract over and Zab got less money cuz of his lost to Baldomir... I don't know why people keep saying it was a done deal. No it wasn't... When Zab lost Floyd was thinking of fighting Cory Spinks...
