You can bet his fanbase grew just from that. Puerto Ricans love action fighters, add the Mexican fans that have watched him through the years. I would consider 3/13 a bust if it does lower than 800k PPV buys.

PAC with hardly any promotion automatically brings with him 400k PPVs
So this fight has to reach 800k or you consider it a bust? I don't think you can consider that a bust... Somehow fans got spoiled by all this PPV numbers...

Of course he will. And then Pac will voluntarily give him another 10% for being such a great promoter!

on one hand, there may be a lot of backlash over the roid controversy and may-pac fallout. on the other hand, he's manny pacquiao. people seem to love the guy. i personally don't think it'll do a million, but i wouldn't have a heart attack if it did. people still watched tyson even when they expected a 1st round ko.

                    700K

Pac's name is big enough to carry this fight, like Mayweather's was to carry the Marquez fight.

What you predicting and what Burner predicted are really not flops of a fight... Those are good numbers... Could it do better with better promotin? Yes it can... But, considering who the opponent is 500k-600k are good numbers... I personally would be really surprised if this fight did a million or close to it... That would mean I really underrated Pacquiao drawing power...
