First off, I don't know why you are taking what you read on youtube seriously. Second of all, Hasegawa has been facing quality opposition, having several beaten several fighters who ranked opponents at the time.

Also, Hasegawa-Valdez and Montiel-Valdez were competitive fights. The difference is Hasegawa got the job done, Montiel didn't.

He may have lost to guys with losing records, but both of those fights were against opponents early in his career. It's not uncommon in the lower weight classes for a fighter to lose a few early in his career. Hasegawa has also improved a lot since then.

In all honesty, I think you're just getting worked up because people are picking Hasegawa to win. IMO though, it's going to be competitive fight.

Also, Hasegawa's signature win is ending the long title reign on Veeraphol Sahaprom, who he later beat in a rematch.

No, I meant I saw some of s fights on youtube.But yah, you do make some valid points and I do understand that sometimes fighters need to fight top-notch opposition in order to show what they really have.

You are very right when you say that I'm getting all worked up about people believing that Hasegawa will just walk through him, you never know, it may very well happen or vice-versa but for now I don't see the reason why people should be sure of this.I mean Montiel is a 3 division champ with excellent boxing skills and now he will get dominated?

And yeah, I did see that....Shaprom is a great win for him!!
