It was 24 days before the fight, and Pac offered to take random tests up to 24 days before the fight, and a blood test immediately following the fight, and random urine tests up to the day of the fight - but Floyd turned it down. And Floyd's 14 offer wasn't made until the negotiations had already broken down, by which time Pacquiao was too angry about having his character assassinated to be willing to compromise any further.

I'm with Floyd on this *** the bytch shyt and take the damn test. Pac's little ass is juicing and only a fool cant see that. Pac loves to have his way and always gets it but for the good of sports Floyd has to demand random testing and 60/40 after PBF/Mosley smashes Pac/Clottey. I can't understand one thing.....Why is it okay for pacman/roach to make so many demands (catch weights for example) but they wont take the blood test?
Pacman said in a recent article to one of his countrymen that it is very unhealthy to come down in weight..So why ask other fighters to do it yet he cant take a blood test 14 days prior to the fight?!?!?

Mayweather put Pacquiao in a tough spot & he made him look like he has something 2 hide. He probablly does, who knows? If he would have just accepted the drug testing, we wouldn't even be having this discussion.
