Fighting no names and cherry picked opponents like Castillo 2x, Corrales, Hatton, De La Hoya, Marquez, Judah, Chavez, Hernandez and now Shane Mosley who's coming off two KO wins against two other bums(Oh wait one of those bums was the ATG that I mentioned Floyd didn't fight...oops!) And he was even trying to pick on poor lil Pacquiao(Oops he too KO'ed another ATG that Floyd ducked why would Floyd want to fight this guy?).

Lol Floyd ain't even close to being an ATG.
    Who was talking about Pacquaio?

what a clown.....please show me in my post where I mentioned that manny beat any atg's? Just curious. Also, did you read where I put that Floyd could be an ATG, if he beats these guys that his fans seem to think he can whoop so easily? If it's so easy, do it and prove yourself.

Floyd beat JMM, who is hof, so I made a mistake there, however, I give JMM a lot more credit for taking that fight than I give Floyd for winning it. That fight has absolutely no bearing on Floyd's ATG status.

Pension- Ricky hatton is not HOF, I usally think you are pretty bright, but you are waaaay too lenient on what makes an ATG, by your post, we might as well let half the current titlists into the HOF and 1/4 of them can be considered ATG!!!!

The people who I consider ATG's that are still fighting are the following:

          Bernard Hopkins
          Manny Pacquiao

That is it. If Shane beats Floyd and Pac, he's ATG
If Floyd beats Shane and Pac, he's ATG, no doubt.

His WW reign has indeed been ****, but he's beat up a fair few HOF'ers.

His resume is a very good resume.

JMM - OK this was more a tune up IMO, but JMM is a good fighter. HOF

Hatton - HOF IMO. Very good fighter at 140. Better than journeyman level at 147.

Oscar - He is an ATG to me. I'm not sure where but a very good fighter. Out of prime but 154 and still ok at the time.

Mitchell - Again a decent fighter

Gatti - Kinda out of it by this time, but a good name. Tough guy and a great name for fans

Brusselles - I don't know him if I am honest. Sorry

Corley - Was ok at the time. Fought top names, maybe a handing of the glove type of fighter.

Ndou - Tough guy that comes to fight. He fights anyone if he can

Sosa - I don't know him I'm sorry. I have heard of him though

Castillo - HOF and a very exciting, good fighter.

Jesus Chavez, still around now. Tough fighter again

              Hernandez - Champ

Coralles - HOF imo. Everyone knows this man had the heart of 3 lions.

Augustus - This man is a cheap version of Glen Johsnon lol

I don't know all of them that well, just bits and bobs, but that resume is hot.

At 130, Floyd could beat everyone. At 135, 140 he is in the top 5 IMO. At 147, he needs to prove to me what he is about, but the man could beat plenty of people under the top 5 or 6.
              ok pension....

hatton is not HOF. he was a good champion and beat a hof fighter and retired him. excellent win. at 140, he was a very solid lineal champion. at 147, he wasn't so great.

you say oscar is atg, then you say in the next sentence that he's very good. ATG, are great fighters, no question, not borderliners. Look at oscar's record?????/ He fought the best, but never beat the best. HOF definietly.

Castillo and Corrales are going to be argued and maybe get in, but I doubt they will be first timers, an argument AGAINST them certainly can be made. I love Chico as much as the next guy, but his best win when he fought Floyd was Garcia, he definitely didn't have HOF credentials at the time, and he will probably get in due to the Castillo fight and how he went out.

I'd say Ricky atleast deserves a shot at HOF.

He lost to two great fighters.

                He's beaten some good fighters.

He isn't technically gifted, but he isn't easy to beat.

Floyd is physically an ATG to me, he has beaten enough good people to be there aswell. I just can't see very many people beating him at all.

I have been lenient on the names, but I did state which ones were HOF for me.

The only ATG's out there for both to fight at welter is each other.

                Cherry on top for me.

Mosely indeed is ATG if he beats both. I agree on that

of course...1 of the best lightweights ever...just because he chose money over legacy late in his career doest take away from the fact he dominated the lower weight classes.....

if he beats shane mosley, and fights and beats Manny Pacquioa...hes in the talk of top 5 all times...
