But, Leonard still straightout refused steroid testing. Hearns and Steward asked for steroid testing Leonard said no. Pac Said I will do random urine testing all the way up to the fight and blood testing with a 24 day cutoff...

Now I am not going to act like I know much about the subject. But, has any athlete been busted by the USADA blood testing? I read somewhere that all the athletes that been caught by USADA have been by urine testing. A month a boxer in germany got busted for steroids. He was going to fight a champion I forgot his name but is a Sauerland fighter. Now Saurland has it in his contract that all his fighter and opponents will have to take random steroid testing blood and urine. Now the fighter that got busted got caught for PED's by the random urine testing not the blood test. So my question is if anybody has been busted by blood testing if so who? I know Olympians have been busted but I am not sure if it was by blood or urine testing.

Yes, he did, they were willing to do blood testing with a 24 day cutoff with random urine testing all the way up to the fight.

Again, this is a terrible comparison. What Pacquiao is saying basically is that he doesn't want to be tested. Furthermore, his final offer included no random urine testing all the way up to the fight. Not that it matters. When you ask to dictate the timetable for random testing, you are, in effect, refusing it.

Yes, many many athletes have been busted by blood testing. Specifically, all athletes who were caught on EPO were caught via blood testing.

Your boy Floyd is chalked full of contradictions and he speaks perfect english. Why don't you question those. Manny has also explained why he wanted a 24 day window and not 14 days many times in english and tagalog. He has nothing to hide just that he can't express what he means sometimes. He also just took a blood test they will be testing for peds as well 20 days before the fight. I know it is not random but when the results come out it will be one step closer in showing he ain't a dirty fighter.

The blood test he took recently wasn't for PEDs. Maybe the urine but unless you're implying that the state of Texas does blood testing for drugs (hint: they don't), you're way off. Not that it matters, isn't this test going to badly weaken him?

Well the report stated they are testing for Peds as well. I just know what I read and see.

Did this "report" state that they tested for PEDs via blood withdrawal? You and I both know it didn't. Actually, I haven't been to confirm that he was tested for any kind of steroid or performance enhancer. Maybe Texas has created new rules for Mr. Pacquiao (maybe they're scared he's on roids?). Because they don't test for steroids weeks before a fight.
