Based on my perception of him when he throws punches.

Arreola wouldn't land anything on Haye, he proved in the Vitali fight that he's got no answer if his opponent isn't stood in front of him going toe to toe.

both close fights, but both clear ones, I think.

if Haye would rematch the gaint he would Knock him out, which Holyfield wont do.
Well Holyfield is going on 47 and has been shot since 2001.

im a bigger fan of dirrell than haye and im not british, but the truth of the matter is dirrell ran and haye moved. theres a diffrence.

dirrell boxed in the early and late parts of his fight and ran in the middle rounds, haye boxed the whole 12 rounds. not standing in front of your oponent doesnt make u a runner, its makes u smart. its called lateral movement and its designed to keep your oponent from throwing in combinations and sit down on his punches, meanwhile giving yourself angles to land your own punches. throwing punches at angles and then moving away before your oponent responds is a way of hitting without being hit, which is the meaning of boxing.

running is simply trying to stay away from your oponent without any thought of landing punches of your own, thats what dirrell did. he got overwhelmed and just tried to get the hell out of dodge. haye was being smart, using his advantages in speed and mobility to take away valuevs size and strenght advatages. only mainstream fans who dont know **** about boxing accuse haye of running, considering he only fought with one hand he put on a masterful display of boxing skills.

that said i agree with TS, valuev is a bum. haye looked good but thats easy by comparison when your in there with valuev. valuev is a overprotected bum so haye still has alot to prove.

Holyfield and Chagaev took it to Valuev better I thought.
Maybe you missed the bit were i said "glancing shots" i didn't really see him land anything that solid on Barret, Yet Monte went down about 5 times like he'd been shot. I never said it was a good win either.. im just talking about his power at CW/HW

But the main issue you all looked over is what he did to Valeuv.. dude is 300 + and god knows how high yet Haye had him stumbling round like a drunk.

Exactly and Dirrel was a little taller or same size as Froch and didn't have an injured hand in rounds 1 or 2. The funny thing is when Dirrel opened up in rounds 10 or 11 (**** fight so i forget) he actually staggered Froch and was beating him up. Sadly the other parts of the fight he fought really really lame

11 rounds of **** punching and fear, then finally one moment in the 12th against a clumsy guy who lost to ancient Holyfield.

                    Color me impressed.

Slight difference being Haye fought a guy who outweighed him by nearly 100lbs and was 7ft tall.
Both Haye & The Running man should have engaged more.
Both of them little ******* imo
