If you are asking me guys who I felt Pac couldnt have fought but didnt.....here are my top guys

1. Mark Johnston at 115
2. Johnny Tapia at 118

But he took one of the most vicious beating I have ever seen a boxer take when he lost to midgeon surgarat. He clearly had outgrown the weight class so I have no problems with the fact that he skipped over 115 and 118 to go fight at 122. So I never knock him for those even though I would have liked to see those fights.

3. Prince Naseem Hammed

Hamed hadn't officially announced it, but while he kept hinting at a return, he had to much outside stuff and didnt take boxing seriously. I would have loved for Hamed to come back around 03-04 (post Pac vs Barrera) and Fought Pac. I would favor Hamed by KO.

Those are the only 3 fights that I felt Pac could have fought but didn't. I don't blame him because circumstances he could not control, prevented those from happening.

Isn't the obvious duck Zaheer Raheem, Pac did the equivalent of what Floyd did with Zab and Baldy. Only Floyd actually fought Baldy to.

1. Zaheer Raheem-Raheem was a 135. Pac was at 130. Pac wouldn't even rematch Morales there and didnt move up to lw until 2-3 years later.

2. Shane Mosley-It came down to Cotto or Mosley for Pac's fight in the fall. Cotto beat Mosley, hence top rank picking cotto instead

3. Casamayor-DLH came calling. You don't turn down a shot at DLH....I dont care who you are. Oscar is the Cashking and the gateway to stardom.

4. Tapia-Tapia was at 118. Pac physically couldn't make anything below 122. His body wouldn't allow him anymore

5. Ayala-see Tapia explanation above

6. Guzman-Pac was gonna fight the Guzman vs Soto winner but instead chose to fight for the Ring belt against JMM. He chose correctly because there was alot of controversy over who really won the first fight.

7. Austin-Austin....cincinatti kid is one of my favorites. He was way too green for Pac and even at that, he was 118 a weight pac couldn't make anymore

8. Bradley-Hatton was the ring champ there. More money, bigger fight and Hatton was the #1 rank LWW at the time. This was a division that Hatton was undefeated and had dominated for a long time.

9. Tokuyama-who??? enough said.

10. Mayweather-Pac looks like Floyd's b!tch if he bows down and takes those test. This would go into detail but this topic has been beaten to death
