Good fight, considering how almost all the top names are tied up with each other. A Williams TKO victory seems the mostly likely outcome, but Cintron hits hard and has respectable skills.
Williams would be wise to have this fight at 154. Maybe he can make 147 just fine, but why take the risk of weakening yourself?

Williams by K.O
Although I felt that Martinez won the fight with Williams, I feel it was close enough to go to Williams. Having said that I feel that Martinez totally out classed Cintron. He was knocked out and it was clear on the replays. I feel that this fight will look like Cintrons fight with Margacheato. He will be knocked out and I feel this will happen early. Although Cintron has good power and punchers always have a chance, I feel he's going to get his ass handed to him. He will be dominated from opening bell to closing bell. This will be a great fight, all Williams fights are great because he throws so many punches that he gets caught here and there, but having saw the Martinez bombs that hit Williams I was shocked he was able to do so well and pull of a win. I don't see Cintron scoring a lucky knockout.

That said, Cintron can crack, and Williams gets hit too often. That alone makes this an interesting fight. I believe Cintron will come out aggressive and make it competitive early, but will get over it when Williams maintains his pace into the middle rounds.
Williams takes a solid UD, possibly a late stoppage.

Cintron has zero chance of beating Williams. His punch isn't big enough to stop Williams and he can't outbox him. He gets overwhelmed and stopped within 6 rounds.
