Oscar was afraid to fight Margarito, so he cherrypicked Pac and forced him to go up 2 divisions. Pac was gonna fight Valero or Soto at LW until Oscar ran from Margarito. Oscar wanted 147 and got exactly what he asked for. Pac didn't force him to do anything, and 147 is the WW limit, not a catchweight.
