Seemingly that would be a good idea but in the same time Abraham's hands cover his body very well and Dirrell leaves himself open for a counter.

Potshotting is the way to gogoing to the body should be done just to change the rhytm from here to there.

If I was Dirrell,going to the body would be scary.He would allow himself to be at a good reach of Abraham and expose his head too much.He would be better served to "stick and move"...

Abraham counters pretty well and if Dirrell goes to the body too much is increases the chance he will get caught.

Targeting the body is never a bad idea but in this case it may be. Abraham's guard makes it hard to hit him clean and going to the body opens himself up more to Abrahams big counters.

Dirrell should stick and move. He has the footwork and handspeed to do so.

I’m very interested in seeing this match. I think Dirrell has a chance if he sticks and moves.. Hopefully he doesn’t get frustrated because AA is hard to hit..

Somehow I have difficulty seeing Dirrell wanting to get close enough to land lots of body shots. To land meaningful body shots you have to stand firm for leverage and if he does that he will get hit. Once he tastes Abraham's power he is going to do a lot of running around and any ideas about hitting his body are going to go straight out of his head. I just see stick and move.

Dirrell don't hit hard enough to make an impression on AA's body. And he'll be leaving his head open by trying to do so. Judges never give credit for body blows that ain't very heavy anyways. Dirrell needs to just move and flurry upstairs. Body attack will get him nothing.

I think Dirrell has a good chance because he is a really good boxer. I don't know why "people" call it "running" when you are simply boxing. AA has good power and Dirrell would have to be a fool to sit and try to trade with him. Dirrell did a great job of boxing Froch (although he did complain to the ref too much). I think you will see him do the same thing with AA but it will not be as easy as it was with Froch.
