For the same reason that money has to pay 10mil per pound he's overweight, why should he, I remember Freddie Roach saying in numerous interviews since the mayweather/marquez fight that if Mayweather was to come in overweight against his fighter, he would simply walk away. Another reason he should is because if its not true, he should wanna prove himself, what a lot of people dont understand is that if we believe manny is taking PED's it has everything to do with what he's refusing to do as oppose to what floyd is saying. Dont even waste your breath on this clown, anybody and everybody knows that the minute Mayweather's camp asked for additional testing, all the excuses came up, what excuse did Mayweather have when he didnt want to pay an extra 10mil per pound if he was overweight, oh i forgot, that didnt make a difference to him, cause he was willing to fight. What Pac's diehard fans need to accept is that unless he agrees to the testing, we boxing fans and even casual spectators for that matter, have a right to feel su****ious and have the right to question his accomplishments.
