Here's why your thread sucks Chicano. No offense, cause you're my boy and all but you are off the ball big time with this one. You're accusing Mosley of going inactive, but you fail to mention that Pac ducked Mosley big time. The only guy that you can say that Mosley went out of his way not to fight is Paul Williams. But Williams was already fighting at 160 then. Pacquiao is really the cause of Mosley's inactivity if you stop to think about it, because Berto wouldn't step up to the plate until HBO put more money in the pot for both fighters with there 2010 budget.

How can you put Pacquiao at #1 when Mosley already beat a better fighter than he did (which Margarito is a better fighter than Cotto) and Pacquiao instead fought Cotto when Mosley was already ranked #1 and calling him out like crazy even if he was willing to go down in weight to fight him which would've made the fight somewhat irrelevant to 147, but still.

I also think Mosley got robbed against Cotto, but that's another topic altogehter.

Honestly nobody is deserving of the #1 spot. I'm fine with mosley being top because he beat the top dog (margarito) in his last fight. but he won't be there IF Pac beats clottey because he will have a better resume recently. Now if mosley beats floyd then he would get the #1 spot back.

I actually agree with chicano ok you guys can make the case no one else should be ranked number one cause cotto lost margs no longer there and floyd fought a lightweight and pac only had one fight so shane should be number 1 welter ok but i still dont believe that he should be ranked number 3 p4p hes been inactive for over a year now and you guys could say oh the fight with berto blah blah blah he still didnt fight him. He declined a fight with p will in the last year clottey also said shane said no to him on his facebook before. He could have attempted to fight berto earlier I just think due to his inactivity he shouldnt be ranked p4p number 3 if he beats floyd then u could say hes up there 3 or 2 but imo i dont think he is
