Hmm I disagree. I think Mosley's win over Margarito a year ago holds more weight than Pac's recent win over Cotto. Reason being that Marg was the number 1 guy at that time and Cotto was ranked 2 or 3 when Pac beat him, and he beat him at catchweight.

Yea Cotto was #3 because Mayweather came back. So Pacman beat the #3 WW. While Mosley beat #1 WW

Margarito hasn't fought in the same timeframe
Berto who has he beaten? Collazo and Urango?
Mayweather beat JMM who he wasn't even ranked at JW or WW.
Pacman fought Cotto at 145 but Cotto was ranked #3

How is it a dude who hasn't done jack **** in over a year still be called the #1 WW?? Even worse being at the #3 P4P and before he wasn't even on there.

Mosley is rightfully #1 at WW because he beat the #1 WW in Margarito. That's also why he's rated highly p4p because Margarito was somewhere 4-6 after beating Cotto. Marquez losing to PBF also bumped Shane up. But p4p doesn't mean anything, and Ring has Pac #1 at WW right now, which I don't agree with.

yea finally made a fight after 1 year. He ducked p will when he wanted to fight him and he said nobody would fight him but yet he wwouldnt fight william then clottey told me on facebook that shane ducked a fight with him after he had beat mosley. Then finally almost a year after his fight he makes a fight with someone he coulda fought 3 4 5 months earlier.
