Only thing that is holding him back is the fact the sactioning bodies won't allow him to hold 3 titles in 3 divisions at once. 4 titles in four different division in a span of two years, while Armstrong only won 3 titles in 3 different division in the same span.
how so??? Armstrong had to fight the only champion in those weight classes....you get that, only ONE title holder, he didn't have the luxury Pacquiao has which is choose any 1 of the 5 champions which bests suits his style
