I think if Cotto beats Foreman,Mayweather beats Mosley and the fight with Pacman doesnt happen!Then yes it can happen but if it happens I see it happening at 154lbs. I dont think Cotto wants to fight at welterweight anymore since he has about 2 more fights left in him which a fight with Mayweather would be a beautiful fight for Cotto to end his career with!

I always wanted floyd to fight Cotto back then too, but seriously, hatton, Cotto, and Vivian harris (he was on that level before he lost) didn't want no part of floyd after they sat ringside and watched him punish Gatti. People forget, but floyd did ask to fight Cotto,they said cotto was to green, and when he asked to fight hatton, hattons dad said he wasn't ready. Long story short, Floyd punishes cotto in the past, present, or futre!
