If Cotto wins the belt at 154 and Floyd beats Shane would you accept this fight. Im starting to think people are giving Cotto the Ricky Hatton treatment! Is it to late for this fight? Would Floyd do it just to see if they do better numbers than Cotto and Manny?

Floyd should have fought him back in 06-07. Now what's the point? The only way I would have Cotto fight Mayweather at this point in the game; is if he got a better corner in his corner because with the joke of corner that he has now...he wouldn't stand a pray of a chance against Jr. The dude is in desperate need of trainer to refine his skills and come up with better game plans for future fights, and Joe just isn't the man to do that. I always wanted floyd to fight Cotto back then too, but seriously, hatton, Cotto, and Vivian harris (he was on that level before he lost) didn't want no part of floyd after they sat ringside and watched him punish Gatti. People forget, but floyd did ask to fight Cotto,they said cotto was to green, and when he asked to fight hatton, hattons dad said he wasn't ready.
