I see this as a 70-30 fight for Haye. In other words, he should win but Ruiz isn't an easy fight for anyone. I'm not a fan but I'll be rooting for Ruiz just because everyone wants to see him fail.

Haye is right though, most Rican fiughters have huge Rican support. I didn't know where he was from until last year and was surprised that he was P Rican.

Haye needs to sell this fight because he won't be getting 800k Box office sales in the UK like Valuev after that performance.

Ruiz is the guy that inspired Ricky Hatton's style of 1 punch, hold and grab.
Terrible, and it's true that no one looked good against Ruiz except for Tua (18 sec KO )
              He's the HW's B-Hop, cure for insomnia.

Even though I hope Haye will pull this one off, I hardly believe he'll be looking good doing so, unless he scores a spectacular KO.

Jones and Toney both looked great against him.

Ruiz is good at upsetting the flow of an opponents offense, and can certainly punch hard enough to take Haye out if he lands right.
I agree, Ruiz could certainly pull the upset, Haye is chinny and one sneaky right hand could end his night.

And that right there my friend is what made Ruiz a fighter that beat some pretty good fighters. You watch his fights and the guy clinches and smothers his opponents punches, so they think he is going to do that the whole fight, then out of nowhere he let's his hands go just when his opponent thought another clinche was comming, off gausrd and stunned. ****ty style but effective. But at his age, what does he have left.
