Sr. made an excuse why Pac beat Cotto. Jr. making an excuse so that people with lesser logic would not think he is duckin Pacquiao.

The logic is simple, other boxers were tested by the comission, other boxers were caught using PEDs. out of all the boxers... why can't they accomplish what pac had accomplish? simple.., PEDs don't win you titles and record breaking accomplishments, Mosley barely won against his fights with Oscar while he's on PEDs.

When Pacquiao was at the lower weights he was tagged with punches from MAB, Morales, and JMM, punches that other boxers were KOed cold. How can a boxer shedding weight take steroids? it's clear that Manny can take a punch and recuperate fast (see Larios-Pac fight).

This is all about publicity. Don't worry. Everything that has gone on was planned. They realised that march was too soon to create this fight so they're both gonna be talking all this bull****. It's pretty simple people.....if u have a compelling reason as to why you should get the bigger slice of the pie you will use it.

Pac got 50/50 becasue he did 250K more buys fighting Cotto than Floyd did fighting JMM. Without having fough Cotto first there was no way Pac was going to get 50%.......he had lesser PPV numbers against ODLH, Hatton and JMM than Floyd did.....THAT IS FACT!!!! So if Floyd doubles Pac in PPV numbers he has every right to ask for more of the pie. If Pac v Clottey does better numbers ....then Pac has the right to a bigger slice. That is how boxing works.

Also i would like to point out certain facts you all seem to be missing. The provision for random blood testing was in the contract from the very beginning. Team Pac (or to be more accurate Roach) said it would be no problem.

For the first few weeks negotiations were going well.... it was not put forward as an issue initially. The reason for that is obvious. Team Pac did not expect Floyd to be so accomodating in negotiations and were even managing expectations to this effect with their comments in the media regarding Floyd being difficult to negotiate with. Floyd accepted 50/50 and 8 oz gloves and a $10 mil per pound penalty. Team Pac were hoping Floyd would be difficult with the $$ split or the penalty so they could lay blame at his feet when they said NO to the fight. It was only after Floyd agreed to everything in the first few weeks of negotaiations that the drug testing became an issue for team Pac.

Pac is doing the same thing he has already done before. He ducked Raheem after he outboxed and whipped Morales and now is ducking floyd who beat JMM. Pac and Roach are desperately hoping SSM can beat Floyd or put him through a war.

Freddie Roach : "I want the fight, but i just need Manny to see what i see" ------> this is a quote from Freddie regarding a fight with Mayweather. It basically implies that Roach wants the fight but manny is reticent.

Freddie Roach and Pac do not fight slick boxers who can use their feet effectively, counterpunch and throw a right hand. We all know what he told SSM when he went down to Wildcard and asked for a fight with Pac.

if there was 40 million dollar payday on the line and the accuser had to take the same test than yes. i would be ****** not too and pass up on 40 million dollar payday. pac doesnt have to prove anything floyd or anyone else and your scenario makes perfect sense until you include the fact that pac is passing up 40 million dollar payday and floyd has to take the same test. like i said pac does not have too prove anything to anyone but he has worked to hard to let this kinda money pass by especially since pac is clean
