I thought USADA won't do any testing if there is cutoffs I remember them saying they won't change there testing procedure to accommodate any athlete

I think he should do either 60/40 with a 3-day cutoff since roach said all they need is three days to recover or 55/45 with no cutoff date. I think the best way for floyd to show that he is not scared and that he knows he will beat pacquiao he should do 40/40 no cut off date with the extra 20 going to the winner.
