Enough of your hypocricy. If you really want boxing to be free of illegal substances and you are a clean boxing crusader as you portray yourself to be then put your arguments usable by crying out when Mayweather is not on the topic.

Call for random blood testing in every fights thats happening almost weekly. Only then shall we believe that you're a true boxing fan and you also want to clean the sport of boxing like your idol Floyd.

exactly the criticism is expected and quite frankly it is also warranted.

i dont consider pac cheating at all but with pac ducking random blood test is proof enough for others that he is dirty. thats understandable because why would anyone avoid test when you are clean and pass up 40 million dollar payday?innocent until proven guilty but a bad decision financially

The Random Blood testing is just a clause or one of the terms in the contract.
Clearly the commission is not requiring it, since they believe their testing is competent enough.

Pac agreed to the 24-day test. but after he agreed Floyd wanted 14-day. Pac at first was not advised about the latter demand, Arum instantly said it was absurd after hearing it from Floyd, It was not immediately informed to Pacquiao. The fight was off even before Pac knew of the new demand Floyd was asking.

Pacauiao is not the brightest personality, I should know. Arum can talk Pac into the tests. But Arum knowing Pacquiao's pride (see Hatton-Pacquiao negotations) Arum knows Pac would not agree to be harassed.

About why Pac easily walked away from the 40M dollar payday? He's far more richer than Floyd Jr (maybe not as rich as Hatton at least not yet)

Everyday Pacquiao's getting richer and richer even when he's not fighting. Jinkee made sure of that, investing in businesses. Pacquiao's fortune was properly invested. In the Philippines Pacquiao's businesses include; commercial space, convenience stores, gym, sports and amusement centres, gasoline stations, transportation services, endorsement deals...etc.
