Amir Con proved nothing against Barerra other than the fact that he can get gift decisions swung his way. He may be fast but he's not fast enough to move out of every single punch thrown at him, at least from a puncher, hence his avoidance of such fighters.

Even if JMM did decide he could easily take it to Chinny Con. If Barerra was able to shake up Con, so can JMM.
