Trying to match Lara against Angulo is a slap in the face for Angulo who has obviously had much more exposure and it's due bigger fights despite his loss against Cintron. Who is Lara? honestly, aside of the hardcore fans nobody knows this guy and has done nothing yet. He needs to keep on fighting on ESPN if anything and put in work like Angulo did in order to get to that spot.

But you guys are ****ting all over that idea. So I take it you would prefer that Lara gets matched up against soft touches, just like Arum is doing with Juanma?

Lara has zero exposure and is not ready against a killer like Angulo who would murder him in 5 rounds. Nobody is opposed to the idea to make fights happen, but besides being a complete mismatch at this point it makes absolutely no sense, it would actually make it seem like Angulo is fighting another "bum" because nobody knows who the **** Lara is at this point.

First of gbp is not protecting JMM. JMM already fought the best guy pbf and he didn't pussied out he was the one that called him. JMM has been practically begging to fight pacquiao the p4p guy and he don't want none of him guess which company is pacquiao from. At this point JMM is trying to get the most meaninful fight with the most money and why would he fight bradley when bradley don't bring enough money. lol ok so you you will rather see top rank matches that are lopez, gamboa, chavez facing bums. This is the guy that didn't match pac with bradley cause he don't want to ruin pacs hype if he looses. this is the guy that instead of going for a marquez rematch he basically bought the title from diaz. Lara is the up and coming name in the division and would outwit Angulo now. That`s why Angulo`s people won`t let him fight Lara. Simple!
They did the same with Craig McEwan, another GBP boxer who would beat Angulo. Lara and McEwan are unbeaten and an Angulo fight with either would be easy to publicise. Fear of Angulo losing is what this is about!
