No i'm not, i agree with the fact that Cotto-Margarito-Mosley are A level whereas the other part is much lower but those were legit WW at a time when the level was lower.
Mosley is the first GREAT welterweight he's fighting.

Baldomir, Judah were fighting for the RING Belt back in the days and Hatton was the RING champ at 140, and a belt holder at 147. Those are real welterweight legit opponents, i didn't say GREAT opponents like Cotto, Margarito, Mosley or Williams.
