If Toney did take steroids, it did nothing but slow him down, not strengthen his punches. ****ing idiots who know nothing about boxing are the ones calling steroids a performance enhancing drug. Yeah, maybe in some sports, but not in boxing.

The ****ing Klitschkos ADMITTED TO TAKING STEROIDS in the past! They willingly took the **** and had it injected up their ****ing asses (among other injections). Nobody mentions that. Any pro athletes from the California scene probably didn't take steroids on purpose. It was just that the Balco labs, which started up in California, were the hot, trendy labs that all the athletes from California started using. Hence why Mosley, Vargas, and Bonds all took **** from there. They were unknowingly given steroids.
Think about it, how often does the average person question what they're taking? If your doctor prescribes you something, you take it because you trust him. You don't sit there asking him "is this going to kill me?" and a million other questions. Athletes trust their nutritionists to give them healthy, natural supplements. Even the word "nutritionist" has a connotation of "all natural foods." I know when I hear the word, I think someone who tells you to eat herbal candy bars and drink herbal teas and eat goat **** bread with oatmeal and apple sauce with a natural yougart parfait and dried banana chips and **** like that.
Toney didn't knowingly take anything, so he shouldn't be punished. Now, if he did knowingly take ****, then fine, punish him. Otherwise, punish whoever gave the **** to him. In any other case, the authorities would focus on the source of the drugs rather than those using them. Why should this be any different?
