Didnt Cintrons jab and power keep Martinez honest?

Since when do Cintron and Pavlik fight anything alike?

Kermit has zero infighting ability for one.

Obviously Pavlik's jab won't be as effective against Martinez, because he's a southpaw. And Kelly does need to have his feet planted to throw, expect Sergio to give him fits.

Martinez is no joke and I give him credit for being a tough fighter.
He better do punch while he's in range and not reach like Williams did, unless he wants to get countered to death. Because although he fights taller than Williams, he's slower.

Espino actually dictated where the fight was gonna be fought. Pavlik's lack of ring generalship really showed in that fight. Espino just kept walking into Pavlik's kitchen, where he had his best shot of winning.

He does have a good chin but I don't think he will do well eating counters all night. I like Pavlik too but his style is not good for this fight. He has a pretty good reach and excellent leverage but does most of his good work on the inside with uppercuts and straight rights set up by the jab. Martinez is an outside fighter who counters well and moves around a lot. He ties up on the inside and despite what others have been saying, has good power especially with his left. A bunch of the guys that he has fought end up with cuts and wind up getting busted up by the end of the fight. I think he will do similar to what Hopkins did to Pavlik by using lateral movement and counters to keep Pavlik from setting down on his punches.

I could be all wrong but I feel that Pavlik is gonna lose this one.
