If Margrito knew, and wanted to fight with illegal wraps, he knew he could potentially kill his opponent.

i agree, give the guy a lie detector test, if he passes let him back, if he doesnt ban him for life..

Mosley wouldnt feel the same way if they had found the plastered pads and illegally wraps after the fight. I think Shane feels as if he is rationalizing his own past mistakes.

What else do you expect Mosley to say. If he comes out and condemns Margorito and calls for a lifetime ban on him, then he would be essentially calling down the same fate on himself as he as cheated too when he was using HGH. Please spare me the B.S though that both Mosley and Margorito were innocent and didn't know that they were cheating. No way in hell Margorito didn't know that something illegal was going on with his wraps or that they were altered. Mosley knew exactly what he was taking when he was using HGH. Their is a reason he was on the Balco schedule.

Man Mosley got to wake the **** up. Margarito could have KILLED him. Does he not comprehend this? Yes they found Margarito before he could and was able to knock him out so it seems like justice was served. At least it makes Mosley feel good because he was the one to do it. But that's not nearly enough of a penalty. Margarito had not been caught, would have continued to do this and possible permanetly hurt other fighters or kill them. This is not a light subject of, ok he did his time, now let him get his license back. 1 frikin year! That's BS.

nobody is joking, they were old crusty handwraps,where were u when they found that in trinidads gloves real plaster? people that say margarito should be banned are obviously biased and know nothing about the facts simply because they were not there, and its impossible to know and you cant assume or condemn somebody if you dont know for sure, you may as well ban pac for life because he refuses to test after all what more evidence do you need right??old crusty handwraps are not plaster of paris, even steward says if they were theyd break your hands, the guy served his penalty ,now he should fight.

he served his penalty paid his dues, trinidad did the same why didnt they suspend him??/margarito was hated before this,i remember quite well .theres a lot of bias in there against him. he didnt even use em, and really there is no proof he used em before.cotto getting his butt kicked is not proof, as cotto came very close to losing before margarito, he was always a beatable fighter, cotto was winning the fight till he gassed out which had also happened before, margarito took a hell of a beating,did his chin have plaster also? i for one feel marg totally isnt the type to do stuff like that
knowingly, he just wants to fight, he is definitley a guy who lives clean and is a man of honor ive never even heard the dude say as much as a cuss word, he honored the penalty now its time for nscac to do the same. i for one want to see the top welters mix it up with him,as the welterweight class is very weak right now.u have an aging 38 year old, a running chicken and an overhyped asian with a head the size of a linebacker,we need more top welterweights.besides noone but margarito and mosley have had the nuts to clean out or face the toughest in welter division,both mayweather and pac have at best been very very choosy.

I don't think Trinidad used plaster. I think it was more the way he wrapped his hands was not allowed.

Mosley was given steriods and he wasnt aware, Margarito was given illegal handwraps for padding and he wasnt aware. Mosley has a good heart for standing up and letting everyone know it wasnt Tonys fault.
