Tito Trinidad was caught with illegal hand wraps minutes before his fight w/ Hopkins. Nothing happened with his issue it was brushed under the carpet. There have been alot of high profile fights tainted with illegal wraps, illegal drugs and steriods. Now do we ban those individuals for life as well. Dont get me wrong I love Pacman's abilities in the square circle but before these allegations of him using Roids I questioned it as well. I started seeing his physic and his performances. Look at his performences starting from Marco Antonio Barrera to the present.

What Tito did was totally different. His trainer put tape on his bare skin over the knuckles. Marg's trainer put in an illegal substance that hardens when wet. Tito had his hands wrapped wrong, but Marg was about to commit a crime.

I think if there is solid proof or solid physical evidence ( not opinions or theories ) that Margarito used illegal wraps before, then he should be banned for life. He was caught trying to cheat against Mosley, however was punished and has paid a big price. I say give him his license back and we shall see if Margarito is the true beast like we all thought he was. If he shows that he doesn't have it, like he did in the past then maybe we can say he was a cheat most of his career.

he served his penalty paid his dues, trinidad did the same why didnt they suspend him??/margarito was hated before this,i remember quite well .theres a lot of bias in there against him. he didnt even use em, and really there is no proof he used em before.cotto getting his butt kicked is not proof, as cotto came very close to losing before margarito, he was always a beatable fighter, cotto was winning the fight till he gassed out which had also happened before, margarito took a hell of a beating,did his chin have plaster also? i for one feel marg totally isnt the type to do stuff like that
knowingly, he just wants to fight, he is definitley a guy who lives clean and is a man of honor ive never even heard the dude say as much as a cuss word, he honored the penalty now its time for nscac to do the same. i for one want to see the top welters mix it up with him,as the welterweight class is very weak right now.u have an aging 38 year old, a running chicken and an overhyped asian with a head the size of a linebacker,we need more top welterweights.besides noone but margarito and mosley have had the nuts to clean out or face the toughest in welter division,both mayweather and pac have at best been very very choosy.

i say u must know somethin everyone else doesnt know, because there is absolutley no solid proof or physical evidence,. hes used them in the past before , if so where is it ? enlighten us.guaze with powder like stuff on it isnt even plaster to begin with, anybody whos boxed before, will know that wrapping if you reuse it enough will get like that.

your right here has to be solid proof and there never will be and probably never was, manny pac fans get all upset when pac gets called a roid head, but what more proof do you need ,as he refuses to take randonm testing??his head is huge i mean really huge for a person that size, and that isnt suspiscious to anyone??most of the people saying margarito be banned are most likely fanboys, that dont want to see their favorite fighter run the risk of getting his ass kicked by margs,is all it is its crystal clear.NO! dont re-instate him we dont want our guy to lose to that animal!!lol

Man Mosley got to wake the **** up. Margarito could have KILLED him. Does he not comprehend this? Yes they found Margarito before he could and was able to knock him out so it seems like justice was served. At least it makes Mosley feel good because he was the one to do it. But that's not nearly enough of a penalty. Margarito had not been caught, would have continued to do this and possible permanetly hurt other fighters or kill them. This is not a light subject of, ok he did his time, now let him get his license back. 1 frikin year! That's BS.
