yeah he's been dominating but there's too many years when he fought guys that simply do not equal "fighter of the year" or he didn't fight enough times and other people had better years.

I mean look at it when you break down his opponents by year:

2009 - Marquez
2008 - Retired
2007 - FIGHTER OF THE YEAR
2006 - Baldomir, Judah
2005 - Sharmba Mitchell, Arturo Gatti, Henry Bruseles

In 06 pacquiao beats larios and a washed up Morlaes twice and gets fighter of the year when Floyd beat the former undisputed champ and lineal champ in consecutive fights....


01- 05 pacquiao had 2 draws and lost 1. Which really should say 2 losses and 1 draw. never would Floyd knock down a man 3 times in 1 rd and get a draw.
