The guy is still extremely young and everything but he isn't like wine, meaning he won't get better the older he gets, he relies on his speed/reflexes to win fights, his time is now with Roach.

He should step up and take on the top guys, he has shown a lot of improvement lately and I think he could hang in there with anyone..

He can't take a punch, and that is something you can't learn. He can get all the skill he wants. He gets flattened by the second puncher he faces. Remember, the first already flattened him.

Yeah, but they knew he'd have to fight Maidana or Ortiz when they took the Kotelnik fight. They shouldn't have taken that fight if they didn't think he's ready to fight punchers yet. There were plenty of other good learning fights available to him at that time. It's calling yourself a world champion while acting like a prospect who isn't ready to fight any contenders who can punch, that stinks. It's an insult to anyone who gives a damn about boxing as a sport. (And anyone who is only interested in it as a business should find an accountancy website to post in, this site is meant for boxing fans, not accountancy fans).

I heard in Dan Rafael's notebook that GBP and HBO is gonna make Maidana fight for the interim title and keep Khan as the full title holder without having to fight him for a year which you have done a good job of mentioning and that sucks. What a corrupt system that Schaeffer and Greenburg are running.
