and Mosley is not an old man. he's older than Floyd and Pac but not OLD. he's a world class athlete, and this fight is going to be huge. win or lose for either man this fight is just as interesting as Pac/ Floyd or Pac/ Mosley.

Age in boxing is relative..........Tyson was old by the time he was 30 (even in late twenties)......

SSM is a live oppionent. The top welter and P4P # 3......Pac fans get over it........Floyd has one upped Pac. And if he wins Pac will be looking at 40% not 50%. If he loses......we see a rematch. Roach and Pac were not ready for the psychological warfare the mayweathers lay down pre-fight. Roger had Roach shook with his comments about Futch and Floyd had Manny shook with the random blood testing. Fighting Floyd is a whole new ball game for them. I will give it to Pac....he may have a stylistic edge against Clottey...but Clottey is a top notch world class fighter.

At 3 to 1 odds i will prob put down some cabbage on Clottey. Though i am a bit wary about what may happen if it goes to a decision which is by and far the most likely outcome.

I do not believe that Clottey goes the distance.I believe there is a stoppage.Clottey plants his feet and stands in one place when he throws punches (just like Manny's last several opponents),he is slow,gasses out,and comes forward.He is a fighter who is good to ease Manny in against a fighter who is right handed.
In order to beat Manny,you have to have decent movement (especially on the backfoot),good counter-punching skills,a good straight right,good defense,etc- Floyd has all of these.
Though Mosely doesn't have all of the mentioned attributes,he has some important ones that would probably get him past Manny...

Im excited AND nervous for this fight. The occasion should lift Mosley above his age and occasional deficiencies to take the fight to Mayweather the smart way. He cant fight him like he fought Cotto or Margarito, if he does Floyd will rip him apart but if he can show some real "Sugar" then we should have a classic fight. I still got Floyd by decision.

Hey Moron, check your facts. Pac did not duck Mosley...he went after Cotto who by the way beat Mosley. (plus Cotto has a bigger fan base and attendance draw). If Berto withdrew earlier Pac could have chosen Mosley, while your boy Floyd had no choice but to fight Mosley to look credible.

Manny head hunts too much though.....he needs to mix in the body shots with Clottey......it's hard to see him KO'ing Clottey.... will take most of what he throws on the gloves. Pac will dart in throw 2 or 3 punchers...then dart out....he won't go near the ropes.Clottey better make sure his timing is down so he can hit Pac with return fire on his way out or it will be a decision to Pac.

Personally i think clottey will fare beter than Cotto.....he can throw a right hand better than Cotto. It would not suprise me to see Clottey win it......by i still say Pac by decision.
