After his one punch KO win over Sumbu Kalambay(who beat Mike McCallum) many people thought he was the best fighter in the world P4P. Many people thought he was going to be another Ray Leonard. And Toney was losing badly to Nunn before he caught him with that left hook. The gap between Toney and Nunn is not that wide in terms of talent.
Yeah but the point of my post was to say that the lineal titlist isnt always the best fighter in the division... at the time Roy fought Toney, Toney was def seen as a better fighter than Nunn... would you disagree?

I agree with you. I never will **** on Mayweather's resume. The bottom line is you can pick any fighter in the world including Pacquaio, and shoot holes in certain aspects of their careers. It all depends on the agenda.

Floyd fought him toe to toe in an all out war. It was a good win.
agreed... that the Ndou fight was a good legitimate win

however its is pretty much the same as roy's victory over richard hall

Hell, at least Hall had two other tough fights (both a tad controversial) against another top LHW in Michalzewski. Not sure what Ndou ever did, if anything.
