Records mean little - who you beat is more important. Name me some of the good fighters N'Dou beat.

Hell if I know. In my opinion it was a good win. He fought tough guy with good KO Power to to toe in an entertaining fight. EVERY boxer on the list have people that didnt beat world class boxers. Everybody not just Floyd.

Its not one of his greatest win but it was a hell of a fight.

Well yeah, it was a hell of a beatdown. Do you even read posts or just one line and rush to answer?

First you tout N'Dou's record then admit you don't even know if he has a good win. That's a bit contradictory. The bottom line is, N'Dou is way way down on Floyd's list of victories. Way down. And Floyd's resume is pretty underrated on these boards - what do you expect, not everyone here followed boxing religiously back in 1998. Or 2000 for that matter. But N'Dou is not one of his better wins.

But people need to get off that myth that Floyds resume is weak.
Like I said compared to many of those on the list it is weak. Shane Mosley has a better resume than Floyd by far. In terms of a resume its solid, but not up to par with guys on the list.

The list is solid. 1. Jones 2. Hopkins 3. Whitaker 4. Mayweather.

I never said it was one of his best wins. You asked who he was. So I told you. The dude wasnt Sweet Pea but he wasnt a bum either.

And I agree Floyds resume is underrated because most of his haters dont know he didnt start boxing in 2006.

They also don't know that he damn near called out Every fighter alive when he was coming up. They didnt want to fight him because there was no money to be made. So you would think that people would understand why since the Oscar fight he wont fight you unless there is MONEY to be made. They did the same thing to him coming up in the ranks.

I know who he is - I remember the fight very well. It was a showcase for Floyd and NDou posed no threat. He had fought no one prior and quite frankly, wasn't a very good fighter.

I agree, I remember Floyd calling EVERYONE out from 130-140. I also remember him doing the exact opposite at 147. And most people on these boards started following boxing around the time Floyd moved up to welter. So he deserves the criticism he gets for his actions going forward from that time.

I would put Mosley ahead of Toney just as he didn't have bad losses to bad competition as Toney did. Both have a steroid history.

Floyd would drop on my list too below Mosley, Holyfield, and Toney because he never fought any challenges fight of which he could lose. In order to be the best you have to beat the best.

He doesn't deserve any criticism for WW IMO. Once he moved up to 147 he took some fights to get used to the weight then he went for the Champs.

Nothing wrong with that. If you were expecting to fight some Top Rank fighters you were sadly mistaken. Since Arum and Floyd split they havent worked together.

Maybe. I can accept that as a reason. But the bottom line is the better fights didn't happen. And his legacy takes a hit for that. He still has time to redeem himself.
